Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions of Inside Hockey

March 16, 2021

1.	Terms of Sale
Our website ("Site") is operated by Inside Hockey (referred to in these terms of sale as "we", "us or "our"). The Site is serviced by Strikingly, Inc, which have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the actions of Strikingly, Inc. and we advise you to read their documents carefully. By accessing and using this Site you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of use and sale, as set out below.

These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products via our Site.

2.	Secure Shopping
We take the privacy and security of your online shopping experience seriously. There will be general indications on your screen that let you know you have entered a secure environment:
•	at the bottom of your browser window, the padlock icon, which is normally broken, becomes solid and
•	the address of the page you are accessing will begin with https:// (secure hypertext transfer protocol).

If those page characteristics are not there, we recommend you do not continue shopping and contact us directly at info@inside-hockey.com.

As part of the software, we use a secure process built into the online store. Specifically, this ensures:
•	Every order is provided with a unique number.
•	Every order is detailed in our database.
•	Confirmation of your order is sent directly to your email once the order is completed.

3.	Orders and Delivery
An order made via our Site ("Order") is an offer to purchase one or more of our products. When we receive an order from you, we will accept your offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing your order.

We will deliver the products set out in your order ("Products") wherever you are in the world, except for Australia and New Zealand (please visit www.insidehockey.co.nz to place an order and ship our Products to these countries). Delivery is usually made by courier although it may be necessary to have some overseas orders sent by airmail.

If you are based in Western Europe, we endeavor to deliver all products within 1-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. For locations outside of Western Europe we aim to deliver within 5-20 working days depending on location. If we are unable to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g., because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as reasonably and practicably possible after we become aware of this. If this is the case, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) and you will receive a full refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).

In the event your order cannot be fulfilled or the products cannot be delivered within the anticipated delivery time, we will not be liable to you for any expenses, damages or costs of any kind incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or delivered.

We will let you know our estimated delivery charges (if applicable) when you complete the order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g., if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than those anticipated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

4.	Our Right to Cancel a Contract for Purchase
Fulfilment and delivery of all orders on our Site is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to reject your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a contract by written notice to you in certain circumstances, where liability for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the contract, we have cancelled will lie solely with you, the purchaser. Examples of where we may cancel a contract with you include, but is not limited to where:
•	The product is not available / in stock.
•	Your billing information is incorrect or not verifiable.
•	Your order is flagged up by our security systems.
•	You are a reseller.
•	There was a clear error in the price displayed on our Site.
•	We could not deliver to the address provided by you.
•	Due to events that are outside of our control, that in all the circumstances prevent the Products from being delivered to you.

5.	Product Descriptions
We endeavour to make sure the Products will comply, in all material respects, with their product descriptions as set out on this Site at the time when you submit the Order. If a Product does not comply with its product description, just let us know and we will either accept a return and provide you with a full refund, or provide you with a replacement Product that matches the product description.

6.	Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 14 working days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice and are not used, damaged or altered in any way. Return shipping costs can only be refunded in the event that we have sent the wrong products in error. In case of return shipping, we are not responsible for the products until we have signed for reception of the products.

To return products please contact us directly at info@inside-hockey.com and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.

7.	Faulty Products

If a product is delivered faulty or is experiencing defects in material or craftmanship when used as intended and in reasonable conditions, we offer a 3-month guarantee. Normal wear and tear like chipping, artwork wear, grip wear and rattles inside a hockey stick are considered normal and are not covered by the guarantee. For purchases within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange the faulty product at our expense. For purchases between 14 days and 3 months of delivery, we will investigate the faulty product or defect. In any case, please contact us directly at info@inside-hockey.com and we will advise you on how best to return the product(s).
